This roundtable aims to provide a platform for LGBTQA2S+ games industry professionals to share their experiences and discuss potential solutions for improving the representation and inclusion of queer people in the industry and in game content. Discussions include an overview of the current state of the industry, key areas of concern, and actionable steps to improve the representation and inclusion of queer people in the games industry.

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and share their experiences with discrimination, workplace microaggressions, pay equity issues, and other challenges faced by LGBTQA2S+ game developers. The discussion will aim to create actionable steps to improve the representation and inclusion of the queer community in the games industry. Non-queer attendees will have the opportunity to listen and learn from the experiences of queer attendees and determine how they can contribute to a more inclusive and equitable industry.
